International space company specializing in managed services and human resources for the space sector, partnering with hirify.global and Sopra Steria.

What you will do

  • Identify business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Netherlands and ESA/ESTEC.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to optimize market positioning.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical experts to prepare proposals and close customer agreements.
  • Achieve business development targets and perform permanent market/customer watch.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain an attractive product presence on social media and the website.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably in the Space or engineering industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the ESA/ESTEC business environment and the wider Netherlands Space market.
  • Strong existing customer network within the Netherlands space industry.
  • English and Dutch languages are pre-requisites.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Proven track record of developing revenues and closing deals in the defense, space, and security markets.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French or other European languages.
