What you will do

• Own assigned key accounts and territories, acting as the primary contact for all commercial, contractual, and operational matters.
• Design and implement tailored annual strategies for each account aligned with national business objectives.
• Identify and activate growth levers and monitor account performance to adapt commercial actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth account management.
• Conduct store visits, lead product range reviews, and attend trade shows to generate and follow up on leads.
• Analyze industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest relevant product assortments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with a track record of growing accounts or territories strategically.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in the Netherlands for regular regional travel.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain the specific 'hirify.global' brand tone and communication style.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
