What you will do

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for Finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks and drive adoption.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to build engagement and sponsorship.
• Create and deliver communication strategies, change plans, and executive messaging.
• Design training, learning, and enablement programs to prepare employees for change.
• Establish change readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of organizational change management experience (10+ years preferred).
• Proven success supporting Finance, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or similar Change Management certification required.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementations.
• Management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) focused on Finance transformation.
• PMP certification and/or MBA.
