What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to initiative leadership, executive sponsors, and C-level steering committees.
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive awareness and adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Manage change specifically impacting contracting and procurement teams, including the support of Contract Lifecycle Management Systems (CLMS).
- Develop and implement organization-wide communication and training strategies, including job aids for end users.
- Enhance and standardize change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Champion the Change Management Community of Practice to foster alignment across corporate and operational functions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Reston, VA.
- Direct experience supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) and managing change for procurement teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying change management principles and tools (e.g., Prosci) and project management principles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience translating highly technical concepts into learning materials for end users.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading internal change teams and supervising direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with CLMS platforms such as Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, SAP CLM, or Ironclad.
- Expertise in developing organization-wide communication strategies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate all levels of a large organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Forms.
