What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives and program goals.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and assess impacts across people, processes, systems, and culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to define success metrics and act as a trusted advisor on change risks and mitigation.
- Design and execute targeted communication strategies and architect the "case for change" for various audiences.
- Monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance, and implement reinforcement strategies to embed new ways of working.
- Maintain change artifacts and promote the adoption of change management best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading change management for complex initiatives such as transformation, technology, or operating-model changes.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience working within matrixed, global organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be based in the USA (Illinois)
Nice to have
- Change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP.
- 5-8 years of experience supporting large-scale commercial transformation or technology implementations (CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Background in Transformation, PMO, Commercial, or Strategy functions.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring adoption and change effectiveness.
