What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, profiles, and interview processes.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company mission and culture.
• Bring structure and organization to hiring processes in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Strong GTM and sales recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to contribute immediately.
