Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich or Düsseldorf (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Measure and evaluate digital employer branding campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels.
- Own end-to-end analytics across the candidate life cycle, including pipeline tracking and funnel conversion.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reporting structures using Power BI or Tableau.
- Identify performance gaps and derive specific recommendations for recruiting and branding optimization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Recruiting, Employer Branding, and HR teams.
- Collaborate with external media agencies to ensure campaign alignment and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- Full fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Degree in business administration, analytics, marketing, media management, or HR.
- Two to five years of hands-on experience in web analytics, marketing/HR reporting, or controlling.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with tracking methods, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution models.
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies including machine learning and generative AI.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems such as Econda, Contentsquare, or Phenom People.
- Background in an international, service-oriented environment.
