What you will do
- Own the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with 30 to 300 employees.
- Drive deals and close strategic opportunities within the Learn & Care sector (daycare, education, hospitals).
- Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to .
- Apply the "Smart & Soft" selling method to ensure a delightful and instructive prospect experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve product offerings, sales methods, and overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting.
- French: C2 (native or full working proficiency) required.
- English: Advanced level required.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
