What you will do

  • Own the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with 30 to 300 employees.
  • Drive deals and close strategic opportunities within the Learn & Care sector (daycare, education, hospitals).
  • Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to hirify.global.
  • Apply the "Smart & Soft" selling method to ensure a delightful and instructive prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve product offerings, sales methods, and overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting.
  • French: C2 (native or full working proficiency) required.
  • English: Advanced level required.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
