What you will do

• Lead the creation of executable supply plans to support customer demand, business growth, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage critical material planning decisions to avoid production line stoppages due to shortages.
• Partner with the Sourcing team to drive new product introductions, balancing cost, capacity, and risk.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing production schedules aligned with capacity constraints and service targets.
• Regulate supply and demand activities to provide optimum product availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Monitor key planning metrics including service levels, schedule attainment, and capacity utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Program Management, or Operations.
• Proven experience leading supply planning activities and executing supply chain strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in General Escobedo/Monterrey, Mexico.
