Location: General Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico
Salary: MXN 88,960–111,200 per month

Montoi is ’s largest manufacturing facility worldwide and its primary manufacturing hub in North America, producing Barbie, Fisher-Price, Power Wheels, and MEGA products.
What you will do
- Lead executable supply plans for building sets at the Montoi plant, supporting customer demand, business growth, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage material planning and internal supply chain activities to prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages.
- Establish production schedules that balance capacity constraints, production feasibility, and customer service targets.
- Partner with Sourcing and cross-functional leaders on new product introductions, supply chain risks, and network performance.
- Monitor service level, schedule attainment, inventory health, capacity utilization, material availability, and forecast consumption.
- Develop contingency plans and strategic initiatives that improve planning processes, analytics, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply planning, manufacturing, operations planning, finance, program management, product development, or related functions.
- Experience leading supply planning activities and managing capacity planning, production schedules, material planning, forecasting, or network optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, including translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Consumer products, toy industry, or global manufacturing experience.
- Experience with supply chain optimization, scenario planning, and network design.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes in complex business environments.
