Customer Planner (Retail)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working from home per week

hirify.global develops and sells construction toys and operates a retail-focused business with department-store customers.

What you will do

• Manage joint customer planning, inventory management, and business analysis for department stores.
• Work with account managers and customers to create annual plans, sales targets, product launch plans, and promotional estimates.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to create demand forecasts and support product availability.
• Track sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Implement operational improvements that streamline department-store processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and forecasting.
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or similar digital tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Mexico City office model, with 3 days in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel, and other digital tools to improve performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
