Customer Planner (Retail)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Plan customer accounts jointly with account managers and department-store customers.
• Develop annual customer plans covering sales targets, product launches, and promotional estimates.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and maintain product availability.
• Manage inventory and track sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and service quality in department stores.

Requirements

• Solid experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and forecasting.
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Mexico City office; no relocation assistance is offered.
