Senior Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish daily production schedules and determine the manufacturing or purchasing sequence for products and components.
• Create, review, and release orders while maintaining accurate records and ihirify.globalory balances.
• Analyze work-center load data, resolve capacity issues, and monitor schedules to support on-time completion.
• Respond to customer order inquiries and communicate schedule changes to affected customers.
• Process nonstandard orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution across relevant functions.
• Plan parts and material flow, including PFEP, container sizing, replenishment methods, supplier integration, and ihirify.globalory corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset.
• 3+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
• Problem-solving skills using RCCM and PDCA methods.
• Knowledge of AS-400, JDE, or other ERP software.
• Ability to coordinate changing priorities across multifunctional teams, influence stakeholders, and work with minimal direction.
