inDrive is looking for a Senior HR Technology Manager (People & Talent Enablement) to become the strategic bridge between Business, HR, IT, and external vendors across a global organization of 3,000+ employees. The role focuses on HR technology strategy, HRIS transformation, automation, and leading a team responsible for modernizing the company’s HR ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:
— Define and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with HR objectives
— Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and HRIS platforms
— Own end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including business requirements, solution design, UAT, and post-launch support
— Manage system operations, integrations, data integrity, governance, and performance across HR platforms
— Drive HR process automation using AI/ML and RPA technologies
— Partner closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and external vendors
— Lead an HR Automation team of up to 7 FTEs and oversee vendor relationships

— Experience leading multi-module HRIS implementations in complex international organizations
— Strong expertise in HR process optimization and HR data architecture
— Knowledge across several HR domains such as Core HR, Workforce Management, C&B, L&D, or Recruitment
— Strong understanding of the modern HR technology ecosystem, including SaaS platforms, integrations, AI, and people analytics
— Experience leading HR technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives
— Fluent English
