What you will do
- Oversee daily administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs including 401k, HSA, and FSA.
- Serve as the primary HRIS administrator to ensure data integrity and streamline operational workflows.
- Develop people analytics dashboards to track headcount, turnover, and benefits utilization.
- Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and vendors for plan renewals and performance reviews.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and goal-setting for the People Operations team.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarks to maintain competitive compensation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Benefits and People Operations.
- 5+ years of experience specifically overseeing employee benefit programs.
- Proven experience managing self-funded medical plans and vendor relationships.
- Prior leadership experience acting as both a player and a coach.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and employee data management.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
- CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology organizations.
