Sales Renewals Representative (Cybersecurity)

Location: Italy or the United Kingdom; remote work is supported.

What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end renewal sales cycle for Middle East accounts.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and drive renewal opportunities to timely closure.
• Manage renewal pipelines, forecasts, sales reports, quotas, risks, and red accounts.
• Partner with sales, customer success, distributors, and partners to support renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with support and training teams to resolve technical questions before renewal deadlines.
• Provide visibility into regional renewal trends and key events.

Requirements

• Experience in renewals, sales, or customer service, preferably in cybersecurity or information technology.
• Strong customer management, communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, forecast accurately, and consistently meet targets.

• Arabic language skills.
