What you will do

• Generate reports on KPIs and customer trends to identify development opportunities.
• Analyze retail performance metrics to refine strategies and increase sales.
• Report on sales volume, trends, and potential expansion projects.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Design and implement process improvements for demand and forecasting files.
• Maintain inventory and forecast accuracy across various retail accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail strategy, data management, or sales forecasting.
• Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or interactive entertainment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and analysis.
• Experience with category management, buyer relations, and major retail accounts.
• Familiarity with global retail guidelines and execution processes.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
