What you will do

• Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program through data collection, documentation, and basic analysis.
• Assist with the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment process by gathering information and tracking project progress.
• Help Business Unit Compliance teams document risk assessments and control inventories.
• Maintain compliance control documentation and support regulatory mapping, horizon scanning, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare management information reports and basic compliance risk metrics.
• Compile AI projects and help translate them into business requirements documents, alongside administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Available for a 3–6 month early-career internship program; engagement terms are subject to contract and applicable local laws.
