What you will do

• Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program via data collection and basic analysis.
• Project manage the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process, gathering information and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams to document risk assessments and control inventories.
• Maintain and update compliance control documentation to align with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management information (MI) reports and basic metrics for compliance risk insights.
• Assist in compiling AI projects and translating them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
