Compliance Specialist (Web3)

Compensation: $54,600 – $109,200 per year

hirify.global is a leading global crypto platform providing spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services to millions of individuals and institutions.

What you will do

• Review and evaluate incoming subpoenas, court orders, and global legal document requests.
• Determine the scope of records and coordinate directly with serving agencies.
• Research internal systems to compile responsive records in compliance with global laws.
• Maintain detailed logs of requests and communications in the Kodex platform.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Security teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements for handling legal document requests.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in crypto, financial services, or law enforcement liaison roles.
• Intermediate proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft, and Google applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track high volumes of concurrent requests.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and maturity.
• Comfortable working under tight, shifting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with U.S. and/or European court systems.
• Experience as a paralegal.
