Lead Compliance Specialist, Peru (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the company’s compliance program.
• Monitor regulatory and legal changes affecting the business.
• Prepare and oversee regulatory reports and filings.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and assessments.
• Educate employees on compliance standards and best practices.
• Report non-compliance issues to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Undergraduate degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and risk management.
• Ability to communicate compliance requirements effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be a resident of Peru.
