Legal and Compliance Intern (AI)

Location: Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, North Carolina — hybrid schedule

hirify.global's Enact business is a publicly traded U.S. private mortgage insurance provider helping lenders and borrowers achieve and maintain homeownership.

What you will do

• Support implementation of a company-wide contract management system by identifying, classifying, and uploading agreements.
• Research state insurance license requirements to support regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Policies & Procedures team on policy validation and updates.
• Create and test Microsoft Copilot agents to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and departmental objectives.

Requirements

• At least one year of undergraduate study at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong time management, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, focus on details, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

Nice to have

• Studies in English, Communications, Pre-Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and interest in learning AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
