Strategic Program Manager (Oracle Fusion HCM)

What you will do

• Provide dedicated leadership for the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and its associated workstreams.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from initiation through delivery to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Partner with Senior IT and Line of Business leadership to execute a unified value delivery plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and track all inter-project and program interdependencies.
• Mentor and coach other program and project managers within the organization.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, developing KPIs to report on workstream performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management.
• Direct implementation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Fusion ERP.
• PMP certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven expertise in leading major, full-lifecycle transformational programs.
• Experience working in Agile, Predictive (Waterfall), and Hybrid project management environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Advanced Agile certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, SSM, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
• Experience with PM tools like MS Project, Changepoint, Planview, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
