Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of the Executive Bridge program.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to anticipate needs and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Prepare high-quality executive communications, briefing materials, and meeting agendas.
  • Support the planning and execution of executive and customer-facing events.
  • Identify opportunities to refine workflows and build a scalable operating model.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, executive operations, or communications.
  • Proven experience working with executive teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong executive writing skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
