Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Lead audit methodology requirements and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with IIA Standards and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain and enhance audit procedures, templates, tools, and guidance to drive consistency and quality.
- Manage the Internal Audit Skills Gap Assessment and annual conflict of interest and independence processes.
- Design, build, and deliver professional development, onboarding, and training programs for audit staff.
- Own the dynamic risk assessment process to ensure the audit plan remains risk-based and responsive to emerging threats.
- Support readiness for internal and external quality assessments and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, risk management, or compliance within financial services.
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit standards, methodology, and regulatory expectations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship available).
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
