Salary: $115,000 - $190,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Design and maintain a company-wide risk, compliance, and control framework for Global Finance Operations.
• Develop and govern the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for S/4 and boundary systems.
• Mitigate SoD risks and ensure controls are practical, sustainable, and auditable.
• Manage annual risk and compliance governance forums and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in control design and utilize AI for continuous control monitoring.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Cyber, and Fraud Prevention to ensure alignment with policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting and auditing experience, preferably with Big Four or internal/external audit.
• Proven background in financial accounting and internal control frameworks (COSO).
• Experience managing risk and compliance frameworks in complex, global organizations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid function requiring 4 days per week in the New York office.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Background in the entertainment industry.
• Experience implementing or managing Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) tools.
