What you will do

• Manage audit projects in accordance with standards, identifying control issues and providing quality recommendations.
• Oversee the performance of SOX and other audit work for external audit use.
• Coordinate with external parties, including regulators and external auditors.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and reporting of audits in assigned risk areas.
• Provide primary input to the annual risk assessment and audit planning process.
• Conduct second-level reviews of audit work and draft final audit reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related business discipline.
• Active professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CBA, CISA, CFSA, or CTA.
• Minimum 10 years of financial services auditing experience, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory environments and payments-related risks.
• Proven experience performing risk assessments and developing audit plans.
