Location: Remote (USA). Candidates living near offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Own the execution of AP Reading operations for assigned subjects, ensuring alignment with throughput, quality, and completion targets.
• Manage real-time Reader deployment and productivity across both onsite and remote environments to maintain scoring progress.
• Lead site logistics including room setup, workstation readiness, and direct coordination with vendors for hotels and transportation.
• Direct Value Chain Analysts to monitor operational signals and resolve staffing issues, prompt imbalances, and throughput risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for subject-level issues, engaging with leadership and vendors to secure operational outcomes.
• Contribute to post-event retrospectives to improve staffing models, communication practices, and vendor approaches.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading operations, logistics, and live-event execution in complex environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI.
• Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to offices or on business, including multi-week stays during peak periods (late May through June).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-driven solutions.
