What you will do

• Architect and scale operational initiatives, focusing on identifying and building agentic AI solutions.
• Oversee AI governance, conducting risk assessments and milestone validations for LLM-driven projects.
• Manage high-level compliance escalations, conduct trend analysis, and oversee Corrective Action Plans.
• Monitor offshore SLAs and quality reporting for Devoted Medical and AHS workstreams.
• Track and analyze KPI and MGPE metrics to identify deficiencies in practice policy adherence.
• Support sprint processes to ensure compliance risks are flagged early in new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, quality management, or tech-enabled clinical services.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Proven ability to mentor and scale operational teams in highly automated environments.
• Deep understanding of clinical risk mitigation and acute escalation protocols.
• Fluency in AI/LLM tools, including prompt adjustments and validator technology.
• Ability to transform raw quality metrics into executive-level reporting and performance recovery plans.
