Location: Remote - Canada (Candidates must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia or be willing to relocate)
Compensation: $56K – $68K CAD

What you will do
- Support the day-to-day implementation of Career Pathways initiatives across Canada and the US, including coordinating workplans and tracking milestones.
- Manage relationships with ecosystem partners such as regulators, employers, and immigrant-led organizations.
- Organize and execute external events and convenings, handling all logistics from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate tasks across matrixed teams (policy, philanthropy, community power, and communications) to ensure deliverable alignment.
- Track partner engagement touchpoints using Salesforce and other shared CRM systems.
- Capture implementation-level insights and risks to feed into reporting and continuous program improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience coordinating administrative activities or events.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Canada (specifically BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, or NS).
- Lived or learned insight into the challenges experienced by immigrant and refugee communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and project management tools like Monday.com.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.
- Experience working effectively within matrixed organizational environments.
- Experience with program evaluation.
