What you will do
- Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
- Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and emerging approaches to accelerate execution across initiatives.
- Own initiatives end-to-end—from kickoff through outcomes—with CEO-standard rigor and attention to detail.
- Align stakeholders across levels and functions, driving accountability through clarity rather than escalation.
- Turn ambiguity into action by building playbooks, forcing priority decisions, and rebuilding coordination systems when needed.
- Manage cross-boundary projects involving internal teams and external partners (vendors, regulators, strategic collaborators).
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA.
- 3–10 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), BizOps at a tech company, or a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role.
- Ability to think in structured logic, write with precision, and communicate synthesized insights.
- Proven track record driving complex, multi-organization initiatives to completion (not only advising).
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading without positional authority.
