What you will do

• Develop and maintain enablement programs, including training courses, onboarding experiences, and certification pathways.
• Manage enablement platforms and content libraries to ensure materials are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Partner with Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and Product teams to align training content with business priorities.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline reporting, documentation, and repeatable operational processes.
• Track engagement and adoption metrics to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
• Coordinate enablement requests, managing the intake, routing, and execution of workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or program support.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Experience with learning platforms, content management systems, or sales tools (e.g., Seismic, Salesforce, Gong).
• Comfort using AI and workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to system hygiene and documentation.
