Solution Trainer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Location: Remote-United States. Requires travel up to 50% and mandatory on-site onboarding at a designated company location for new hires.

Compensation: $107,600 - $147,950 (includes base pay and variable incentive pay).

What you will do

• Lead demonstrations and training sessions for customers on 360 Encompass and revenue cycle products.
• Deliver both web-based and live classroom training using blended learning methodologies.
• Support project implementations through pre- and post-go-live participation with stakeholders.
• Determine and coordinate training plans in collaboration with customers and implementation teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of training experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience.
• 3 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding.
• 3 years of experience in HIM or Revenue Cycle management.
• 3 years of experience as a coder in a hospital setting.

Nice to have

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS credentials.
• Experience with hirify.global Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS) or 360 Encompass.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
