What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy aligned with operational goals and compliance expectations.
• Build and maintain a structured, scalable training catalogue for onboarding, skills development, and recertification.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers and on-the-job instructors.
• Oversee the delivery of instructor-led, OJT, and blended learning programs while maintaining audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to address skill-related root causes of defects and safety trends.
• Partner with external institutions and workforce organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing or a similarly regulated environment.
• 2+ years leading training, production, or quality teams.
• US citizenship is a requirement due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Experience designing and managing structured training catalogues or enterprise learning ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and customer-driven compliance standards.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and electronic training records.
