What you will do
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy aligned with operational goals and compliance expectations.
- Build and maintain a structured, scalable training catalogue for onboarding, skills development, and recertification.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers and on-the-job instructors.
- Oversee the delivery of instructor-led, OJT, and blended learning programs while maintaining audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations to address skill-related root causes of defects and safety trends.
- Partner with external institutions and workforce organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing or a similarly regulated environment.
- 2+ years leading training, production, or quality teams.
- US citizenship is a requirement due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
- Experience designing and managing structured training catalogues or enterprise learning ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and customer-driven compliance standards.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital training tools, and electronic training records.

- Certification in training, instructional design, or learning & development.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications.
