Annual Base Salary: $207,000 - $303,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to drive new user acquisition across the hirify.global product suite.
• Build a portfolio of experiments and features for logged-out and sign-up experiences.
• Optimize systems to improve visibility in traditional and generative search experiences.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to enable rapid experimentation and product-marketing integration.
• Own the EDU product strategy to help students and educators discover and use hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading major product or growth initiatives for user-facing products.
• Proven track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets.
• Metrics-minded approach to business and user value.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be located in the United States.
