Salary: $175,000 - $280,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Growth across activation, retention, and expansion.
• Own the end-to-end PLG motion from acquisition and onboarding to self-serve expansion.
• Build platform-level growth capabilities including referrals, notifications, and in-product education.
• Drive off-surface growth via browser extensions, email, Slack, Teams, and mobile entry points.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation culture using A/B tests and funnel instrumentation.
• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and support teams to align growth strategy with actual customer behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record in growth or PLG.
• Deep fluency in growth mechanics, funnels, activation, and retention.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and interpret results from A/B tests.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Proficiency in specifying detailed user interfaces and onboarding flows.
• Strong communication skills and a learning mindset.
