What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for day-to-day administration and escalation of complex client issues.
• Manage the setup and transition of new clients through strategic onboarding projects.
• Establish and lead regular performance meetings and Client Advisory Council sessions with executives.
• Analyze client internal operations to offer customized service enhancements and advocate for best practices via Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Research teams to resolve processing issues and assist with contract renewals.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in demos for new system features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of Mortgage Industry background or credit client space experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA.
