Salary: $81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target

What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycles from initial lead generation and discovery to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers at mid-sized companies.
  • Present and demonstrate technical software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently meet individual and annual sales goals within an assigned territory.
  • Participate in industry events and stay updated on market trends and product developments.
  • Prepare performance reports and track all prospect activity using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Solid understanding of full sales cycle management, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Industry experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
