What you will do

• Operate and maintain semiconductor processing equipment for customer demos and internal evaluations.
• Perform system setup, calibration, and baseline verification to ensure equipment performance.
• Plan and execute engineering experiments, including recipe development and data collection.
• Analyze results using statistical process control (SPC) to validate stability and repeatability.
• Generate data-backed reports for internal teams and customers using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Perform metrology and visual inspections on processed wafers and record results in logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with wafer processing in a fab, equipment manufacturer, or applications lab.
• Practical experience operating and troubleshooting complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office for data reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of semiconductor front-end or advanced packaging processes.
