TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Salary: $62,500–$275,000

What you will do

  • Design and develop microelectromechanical devices, sensors, and physical layouts.
  • Assess performance and process capabilities using modeling and simulation software.
  • Develop production methods and fabrication processes for advanced MEMS components.
  • Test and evaluate devices using specialized tools, protocols, and software.
  • Analyze and address issues related to reliability, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
  • Draft technical documentation, including operating instructions and performance specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Microsystems Engineering or a related field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Proficiency with manual wafer handling and microfabrication process development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-based communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing tool maintenance and qualification.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and MES systems.
  • Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
