What you will do

• Optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for maximum performance.
• Execute testing and measurement protocols to control critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and yield.
• Develop manufacturing capacity and oversee technology transfer to global manufacturing sites.
• Lead process development for advanced manufacturing nodes and equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers to resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing process control or equipment engineering (reduced for Master's or PhD holders).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing process improvement and excursion management.
• Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in process analytical metrology and development within semiconductor environments.
• Proficiency in statistics and experimental design for tool qualification and process optimization.
• Understanding of semiconductor process flows (logic or memory preferred).
• Proven ability to lead projects or task forces from identification to resolution.
