TL;DR

Global Industry Lead, Healthcare (AR): Defining and scaling the healthcare strategy for augmented reality glasses with an accent on GTM execution, strategic partnerships, and use-case identification. Focus on leading enterprise sales cycles, building a partner ecosystem, and driving the adoption of AR solutions in clinical and operational environments.

Location: Must be based in Palo Alto and work from the office 4+ days per week

What you will do

  • Own the global industry strategy and GTM plans for AR glasses within the healthcare vertical.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles and healthcare-related customer engagements.
  • Identify and refine high-value healthcare use cases to drive scalable commercial opportunities.
  • Build and grow a partner ecosystem including consultants, systems integrators, and software providers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring healthcare solutions to market.
  • Represent Snap at major digital health events and develop industry thought leadership and customer content.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading strategy, business development, sales, or GTM in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience applying spatial computing, XR, AR, or similar industrial technology in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles with large healthcare organizations.
  • Deep understanding of provider systems, clinical environments, and operational workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Work location: Based in Palo Alto, CA, following a "default together" office-first policy (4+ days per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience with emerging wearable technologies or smart glasses.
  • Background at AR/XR platform companies such as Microsoft HoloLens or Magic Leap.
  • Experience selling into telehealth, medtech, or digital health environments.
  • Familiarity with clinician workflow efficiency and remote expertise solutions.
