What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives to drive performance against growth targets.
  • Build and execute a clear territory strategy across key enterprise accounts and industries.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for complex deals, from early discovery through POV to negotiation and close.
  • Activate channel partners, distributors, and alliances to build pipeline and scale coverage.
  • Maintain disciplined business operations, including accurate forecasting and strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney with a commitment to being in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams and managing senior/mid Account Executives.
  • Strong track record of winning complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity and/or cloud.
  • Proven ability to build and execute through channel and distribution partners.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on selling credibility within the team.
  • Ability to navigate complex security, compliance, and regulatory conversations.
  • Experience communicating effectively with CIOs and internal leadership.
