Salary: $100,000 – $115,000

What you will do

• Review and negotiate bid documents, contractual terms, and change orders within delegated thresholds.
• Manage the complete contracting lifecycle from initial review and execution to close-out.
• Advise internal stakeholders and customers on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Oversee AR recovery, including managing delinquent accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Handle liens, bond applications, insurance certificates, and bankruptcy-related recovery filings.
• Mediate disputes between branches, contractors, and customers, supporting arbitration and resolution meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in contract, commercial, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, change orders, liens, and commercial risk.
• Proven negotiation skills with customers and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract tracking tools.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Burnaby, BC, Canada.
