Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 CAD + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Legal Department standards.
• Manage high-volume contract review workloads while maintaining strict data integrity and quality.
• Accurately input and maintain contractual data within CLM and CRM platforms.
• Validate existing agreements and generate reports to identify trends and provide operational insights.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Leverage approved AI tools for contract summarization, data extraction, and process improvement.

Requirements

• College level education; experience as a paralegal or law clerk is a bonus.
• Experience with contract operations, CLM systems, and CRM platforms.
• Must be based within commutable distance to Toronto, Ontario for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong proficiency in data validation and reporting.
• AI fluency and the ability to use approved tools responsibly and ethically.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
