What you will do

  • Manage all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including STD, LTD, FMLA, ADA, and Paid Parental Leave.
  • Oversee company-wide benefit programs such as Relocation, Scholarship, Service & Retirement Awards, and the Employee Assistance Program.
  • Manage benefits vendors, resolve complex employee escalations, and recommend plan design changes.
  • Ensure legal compliance of benefit plans by filing regulatory forms and updating Summary Plan Descriptions and legal documents.
  • Lead strategic plan design changes, develop change management strategies, and create stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with benefits billing and budgeting activities related to vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR/Benefits or a related field.
  • 5+ years of benefits experience, including managing an outsourced LOA administration model.
  • At least 3 years of project and vendor management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience operating HRIS systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.
