Senior Manager - Benefits

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the administration and ongoing management of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Own strategic relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Lead annual enrollment strategy, communications, governance, audits, reporting, and operational controls.
• Partner with Employee Experience, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and HR leadership on operational initiatives.
• Manage U.S. benefits programs and support employee benefits programs in Mexico.
• Drive vendor implementations, process improvements, operational transformation, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience managing health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar benefits operations and vendor performance.
• Experience leading major benefits vendor implementations and cross-functional initiatives with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.
• Technical expertise in HRIS platforms, benefits administration systems, and vendor integrations.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in a multinational organization or supporting benefits programs abroad.
• CEBS or a similar benefits certification.
• Oracle experience.
