Global Benefits Program Manager

What you will do

• Administer health, welfare, retirement, income protection, wellness, and supplemental benefit programs across 11 countries.
• Monitor statutory requirements, regulatory changes, filings, and reporting obligations across multiple regions.
• Lead annual open enrollment and renewal cycles, including plan changes, system configuration, timelines, and employee communications.
• Manage brokers, insurers, third-party administrators, and pension providers while supporting negotiations and benchmarking.
• Maintain benefits data in HRIS and benefits platforms, audit records, ensure payroll accuracy, and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Design benefits programs for new-country entries, expansions, and M&A integration while leading process improvement, harmonization, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in benefits administration, including significant international or multi-country experience.
• Strong understanding of statutory and supplemental benefits across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC; LatAm experience is a plus.
• Experience managing brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators across borders.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits systems such as Rippling or Workday.
• Fluent English proficiency required. Strong analytical, project-management, confidentiality, and attention-to-detail skills are also required.
