Location: Office-based in Sao Paolo, Brazil (occasional travel to client sites required)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain loyal relationships with key account stakeholders through a consistent interaction cadence.
  • Align client requirements with internal technical experts to deliver targeted onboarding and training.
  • Track KPIs, NPS data, and usage metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify data-driven opportunities for account expansion.
  • Liaise with internal domain specialists to resolve complex technical issues and prevent escalation.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to shape product development and onboarding approaches.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Broad technical proficiency across the hirify.global product portfolio.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide creative, effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities to manage a complex portfolio of major accounts.
  • Must be based in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
