What you will do
- Build and maintain loyal relationships with key account stakeholders through a consistent interaction cadence.
- Align client requirements with internal technical experts to deliver targeted onboarding and training.
- Track KPIs, NPS data, and usage metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify data-driven opportunities for account expansion.
- Liaise with internal domain specialists to resolve complex technical issues and prevent escalation.
- Represent the voice of the customer to shape product development and onboarding approaches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Broad technical proficiency across the product portfolio.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide creative, effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational capabilities to manage a complex portfolio of major accounts.
- Must be based in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
