What you will do
- Own and develop large strategic accounts, taking responsibility for revenue retention and growth strategies.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with C-Suite executives to align solutions with their strategic goals.
- Expand the subscription base and increase the adoption of marketplace products like cameras and asset trackers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and early identification of account issues.
- Consult strategic customers on change management, technology implementation, and customer experience.
- Provide strategic feedback to regional leadership to foster a cohesive global strategy.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a consultative sales function.
- Experience in technical sales or the telematics industry.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must.
- Proven track record in developing new sales and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency with Google Suite for business and CRM tools.
