Salary: $104,800 - $148,075

What you will do

• Serve as the lead advisor within a dedicated client team, collaborating with Wealth Advisors and Client Experience Specialists.
• Manage relationships with mass affluent households via phone, email, virtual meetings, and face-to-face visits.
• Implement and review investment strategies aligned with clients' risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Provide holistic financial planning covering retirement, income optimization, and tax-advantaged savings.
• Retain and grow assets under management through proactive education and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with internal hirify.global departments to ensure a first-class client experience.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 65 certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in a licensed advisory capacity.
• Must be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay area to meet clients in person.
• Experience managing a book of clients in a wealth management setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (CPT/OPT not accepted).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, NetX360, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong situational awareness and contextual thinking skills.
