TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (CST or PST time zones preferred)

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned book of retirement plan clients.
  • Design and implement retirement plan structures, including benchmarking and investment menu analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver cohesive, high-quality client experiences.
  • Advise clients on ERISA regulations, fiduciary best practices, and legislative developments.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional hirify.global service lines to existing clients.
  • Manage client satisfaction, retention, and overall relationship health.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (CST or PST time zones preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement plan services.
  • Valid relevant securities license required.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business engagements.
