What you will do

• Engage existing clients to schedule and conduct meaningful financial planning appointments via phone and video.
• Provide personalized, actionable advice on investments, insurance, and banking products.
• Leverage internal tools like Salesforce and the hirify.global Planning Platform to manage client relationships.
• Build sales experience and transition into a local team or independent practice within 18-24 months.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to achieve client impact and sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be eligible to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
• State insurance licensed in life, health and variable lines of authority or obtained within 90 days.
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal and financial background check.
